1. Digital Products (PDF Downloads) Due to the nature of digital content (Solved Assignments, Guess Papers, Digital Notes), all sales of PDF downloads are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions: If the file is corrupt, blank, or the wrong subject code was delivered due to a technical error, please contact us within 24 hours. We will send the correct file manually or issue a refund if the file is unavailable.
2. Physical Products (Handwritten/Books)

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order before the dispatch has been initiated. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Process: Users must send an unboxing video/photo proof to [support@goodgrade.in] within 48 hours of delivery. A replacement will be sent immediately.
3. Project Consultancy Services

If the service (e.g., Synopsis drafting) has not commenced, a 100% refund is applicable.

Once the work has started or the draft has been delivered, no refunds will be issued as the service involves expert time and effort.

Rejection Support: If a Synopsis is rejected by the university on valid technical grounds, we will provide a reworked draft free of cost. No monetary refund will be provided in such cases.
4. How to Request a Refund Please email us at goodgradeofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for the request. Eligible refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
